 What you’ll do:

 

Provide expert knowledge and guidance on BEMS and energy management systemsLead and coordinate internal teams and contractors in planned, preventative, and reactive BEMS maintenanceDiagnose and resolve BEMS faults, including remote fixes and alarm managementIdentify and resolve HVAC performance issues via BEMS or reactive work ordersRespond to Helpdesk requests and escalate issues requiring capital investmentDevelop and implement control strategies to maximise efficiency and reliabilityDrive software and hardware upgrades to minimise disruption and riskAnalyse utility data, produce reports, and support sustainability goals

 

What you bring:

 

Extensive experience managing and operating building controls and BEMS (ideally Schneider, Trend IQ Vision, Cylon)Level 4 qualification (or higher) in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, Maintenance, Controls, or equivalentExperience using energy metering and energy management systemsProficiency in MS Office, plus advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas)Strong ability to interpret large data sets and produce technical reportsDesirableBCIA Technical or Advanced Technical CertificatesExperience in government services or large estatesMembership of a professional body (e.g. CIBSE)
