The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong time management and communication skills, flexible availability, customer service experience\. Preferred qualifications include bi\-lingual in Spanish and previous Hilton experience however, these are not required\.
**Pay Rate:** $10\.98 plus tips
**Schedule Pattern:** Open availability including weekdays, weekends and Holidays between the hours of 6am \- Midnight

**What will I be doing?**
Guest Greeting & Lobby Presence
+ Greet guests upon arrival at the front drive and in the lobby\.
+ Offer assistance with directions, hotel information, and amenities\.
+ Luggage Assistance & Storage
+ Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles\.
+ Safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated areas\.
+ Manage luggage storage requests, ensuring proper tagging and secure handling\.
+ Retrieve stored luggage promptly upon guest request\.
+ Digital Check\-In Support
+ Deliver welcome amenities or room keys to guests who completed digital check\-in\.
+ Ensure timely delivery of any pre\-arrival requests or packages\.
+ Self\-Parking Assistance
+ Offer directions to self\-parking areas and explain parking procedures\.
+ Assist with troubleshooting parking access issues \(gate malfunctions, ticket problems\)\.
+ Coordinate with front office leadership or security teams as needed to resolve guest issues with parking\.
+ Coordination & Communication
+ Monitor guest flow and anticipate needs during peak arrival/departure times\.
+ Maintain awareness of VIPs, special requests, and group arrivals\.
+ Reporting structure
+ Bellmen will directly report to front office managers, assistant director and director\.
