Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bell Attendant to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Kalutara, Sri Lanka. As a Bell Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their stay begins and ends on a positive note.

Greet guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival and departureAssist guests with their luggage, ensuring proper handling and timely delivery to roomsProvide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractionsRespond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requestsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe lobby areaCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesOffer personalized recommendations for local dining, shopping, and entertainmentAssist with parking and transportation arrangements when neededPerform other duties as assigned to support overall guest satisfaction
