Job description

We are seeking a friendly and professional bell man to join our hospitality team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a bell man, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay begins on a positive note.

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting them with luggage and escorting them to their roomsProvide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation optionsAssist guests with special requests and handle inquiries in a timely and courteous mannerMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and entrance areaCoordinate with valet parking services to ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences for guestsAssist with luggage storage and retrieval for guestsPerform basic concierge duties, such as making reservations or arranging transportationCollaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficientlyMaintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel dress code and grooming standardsEnsure compliance with hotel safety and security proceduresQualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift luggage up to 50 poundsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExcellent time management and organizational skillsProblem-solving skills to handle guest concerns effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in hospitality or customer service preferredFamiliarity with the local area and attractions in Riyadh is beneficialAbility to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentAdditional information
