What you will be doing:

Timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the propertyPersonalize guests’ orientation of their room in a professional, friendly and engaging wayMaintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guestsService focused personality is essential; customer related experience an assetAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentExcellent communication skills and a professional presentationAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English, foreign languages an advantage
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Bellman; preferably in a similar quality hotel
• A friendly and outgoing behaviour
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Has strong decision making abilities
