In this role, you'll guide and inspire a valet team to deliver seamless arrivals, departures, and luggage assistance, all while creating memorable guest experiences. Job Responsibilities: Up to 6 bullet points outlining major responsibilities of the role Lead , train, and motivate the bell/valet team to provide exceptional, personalized guest service. Coordinate and oversee valet parking operations, ensuring smooth vehicle flow and proper handling of guest vehicles. Manage luggage assistance, arrivals, and departures to create a seamless guest experience. Monitor team performance and uphold service standards, safety protocol, and hotel policies. Communicate and collaborate with the front office, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure guest need are met. Assist with scheduling and shift coverage to ensure adequate staffing and consistent service levels. Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.23/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
