As a Bell Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the bell desk, ensuring smooth and efficient guest arrival and departure experiences.Maintaining positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.Ensuring the delivery of brand promise and providing exceptional guest service at all times.Supervising the handling of guest luggage, transportation arrangements, and other related services.Ensuring all bell associates maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, and service delivery.Providing guidance, training, and support to bell associates to enhance service quality and performance.Coordinating closely with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Monitoring lobby activities and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment at all times.Ensuring adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.At Hyatt, we believe in the power of belonging – of making people feel at home no matter where they are in the world. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.Highly responsible, reliable, and service-oriented personality.Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields will be an advantage.Minimum 2 years of work experience in Front Office operations, preferably as a Senior Bellman or Bell Captain in a hotel environment.Strong understanding of bell desk operations and guest service standards.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.Well-groomed, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Good knowledge of local area, attractions, and transportation services will be an advantage.Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
