Bell Captain
Job Description

The Bell Captain oversees bell services operations and ensures guests receive a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role leads the bell team while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule bell staff

Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and directions

Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and room deliveries

Train and mentor bell staff

Ensure lobby and entrance areas are well maintained

Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

 

Qualifications:

 

Prior bell service or hospitality leadership experience

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent guest service and communication abilities

Ability to lift and transport luggage

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
