Bell Attendant - Villas

**Description:**
+ Welcome guests upon arrival at villas and provide assistance with luggage handling
+ Escort guests to their assigned villa, explain key features, and ensure comfort during check-in
+ Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for timely villa readiness and guest requests
+ Handle luggage storage and retrieval efficiently while maintaining security and care
+ Assist guests with transportation arrangements within the property (buggy service, transfers)
+ Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
+ Deliver amenities, packages, and special requests to villas in a timely manner
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell desk, luggage room, and buggy area
+ Support in managing guest departures, including luggage collection and transportation assistance
+ Uphold safety standards and ensure professional grooming and courteous behavior at all times
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
+ Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Bell Attendant or similar role in a luxury hotel environment
+ Good physical stamina and ability to handle luggage and outdoor tasks
+ Excellent communication and guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
+ Knowledge of property layout and ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively
