**THE ROLE:**
We are seeking a friendly, polished, and service-oriented **Bell Attendant** to join our Guest Services team at **Park Hyatt Chicago** .
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure experience for our guests. As one of the first and last colleagues’ guests interact with, you will play an essential role in shaping their overall impression of the hotel.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and features, and responding to guest requests with professionalism and efficiency. **Bell Attendants** also support the Front Desk and Concierge teams by helping ensure guest needs are anticipated and exceeded throughout their stay.
From providing directions to local attractions to delivering items to guest rooms, you will help ensure every detail reflects the exceptional standards of **Park Hyatt Chicago** .

**WAGE INFORMATION:**
The hourly rate for this position is **$15.75 Tips** . This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.

**Qualifications:**
+ **Luxury Hospitality Experience:** **At least 3 years of Bell or Door Attendant experience within a luxury or Forbes‑rated hotel, demonstrating consistent delivery of refined, anticipatory guest service.**
+ **Exceptional Communication:** **Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage guests warmly, convey information clearly, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments.**
+ **Guest‑Centric Service:** **Proven ability to create personalized, memorable arrival and departure experiences while maintaining the poise and professionalism expected in a luxury environment.**
+ **Physical Capability:** **Ability to assist with luggage handling (moderate amounts of weight), walk and stand for extended periods, and move efficiently throughout the property. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.**
+ **Local Expertise:** **Familiarity with Chicago’s cultural, dining, and entertainment offerings, with the ability to provide thoughtful, tailored recommendations to guests.**
+ **Attention to Detail:** **Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, composure, and a sense of urgency.**
+ **Discretion & Confidentiality:** **Demonstrated ability to interact with VIP and high‑profile guests with absolute discretion, respect, and professionalism.**
+ **Team Collaboration:** **Ability to work seamlessly with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and other hotel teams to ensure a smooth, coordinated, and elevated guest experience.**
+ **Schedule Flexibility:** **Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs.**
