We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team.

Position Overview
The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring Belfair’s buildings and grounds remain in excellent condition. This position involves a variety of maintenance tasks, both preventative and corrective, to support the daily operations and aesthetics of our community.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and repairs, including evaluating work orders and determining necessary resources. Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as assigned. Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Manager regarding outstanding issues or needs. Perform building inspections, including assessments of flooring, walls, ceilings, air vents, electrical, and plumbing fixtures. Assist with painting, power washing, and general cleaning tasks. Troubleshoot minor electrical issues, replace switches, ballasts, and lighting fixtures. Operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery. Maintain regular, reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License Ability to frequently stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred
