Responsibilities: + Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide support and assistance to youth at the LACOE Juvenile Centers. + Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as directed by the supervising clinical staff. + Monitor and document individual progress, behavior, and responses to interventions. + Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. + Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary. + Promote a safe and supportive environment for the youth. Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum of 6 months of experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges, preferably in a juvenile justice or school setting. + Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and interventions. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage challenging situations. + Reliable transportation.
