This is a registry position with our company. **Pay Rate:** $31 / hour *W2 **Shift Details:** + Class: BT Shift: 1 Start: 07:00:00 End: 15:30:00 **Duties:** + Support individuals with behavioral or developmental challenges + Follow treatment plans created by supervisors (e.g., BCBA) + Implement behavior intervention strategies + Collect and record data on client progress + Encourage positive behaviors and discourage harmful ones + Assist with skill-building activities (social, communication, daily living) + Provide support in school, home, or community settings + Report observations and progress to supervisors + Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients **Minimum Qualifications:** + **At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience as a Behavioral Technician** + Must have up to date credentials in the state of **MN** + A valid and current **Behavioral Technician** license issued within the US If interested, please apply through this job post.
