Apply HSS for positive interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and critical thinking, all within a trauma-informed framework to promote individual development. 6. **Provide Insightful Documentation:** Document objective observations of patient behaviors, program involvement, social interactions, and mental status, contributing valuable insights to personalized care plans. 7. **Excel in Your Role:** Consistently carry out assigned tasks within your scope of training, demonstrating professionalism, timeliness, and adherence to professional dress (Ceil blue scrubs). 8. **Mentor and Lead:** Serve as a mentor and resource for staff, including precepting new Behavioral Support Specialists.
