Shift: Monday – Friday

In this role, you’ll provide direct and supportive care to clients/patients in residential and withdrawal management settings. You’ll help monitor health indicators, facilitate structured activities, respond to crises, and support medication administration—all while fostering a safe, therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients

Monitor vital signs and escalate when necessary

Oversee and document medication administration

Monitor OTC medications and maintain inventory

Document blood glucose levels and maintain equipment

Conduct supervision checks per safety plans and procedures

Assist clients with personal care (e.g., grooming, bathing, dressing) when necessary

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge of confidentiality laws in behavioral health

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interpret safety and procedural documents

Basic math and keyboarding skills

Ability to navigate electronic medical records

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain professional boundaries and rapport with clients
