Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rapid Access Unit Supervisor to join our team at Burrell Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the Rapid Access Unit, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care and services during times of crisis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping others.
The Rapid Access Unit Supervisor will be a leader in crisis services by offering support to clients and staff working in a 24/7 Behavioral Crisis Center. This position will allow the chosen candidate to gain experience in leadership, mental health, and recovery services.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support staff in the Rapid Access Unit, ensuring they have the resources needed to provide top-notch care to clients.
Review and ensure that all documentation, including shift reports and electronic health records, is completed accurately and on time.
Foster a culture of safety and respect among staff and clients, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.
Directly and indirectly supervise all staff and clients, monitoring performance and providing feedback for growth and improvement.
Prepare for daily tasks by creating staff schedules, conducting building inspections, and leading team meetings.
Generate staff schedules and approve time off requests, ensuring accurate timecard reviews for payroll.
Provide on-call support outside of regular business hours to assist your team as needed.
Coordinate and maintain the facilities, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and safe for everyone.
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones and relaying messages to the appropriate personnel.
Gather and submit incident reports to HR within 24 hours if any injuries occur on your team.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have experience in Human Services or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred
