The providers at Henry Ford Eastwood Behavioral Health in Rochester Hills listen and offer compassionate care and support to our clients. Our team diagnoses and treats behavioral health conditions, including ADD and ADHD, anger management, bipolar and other mood disorders, depression and anxiety, eating disorders, grief and loss, pain management, post-traumatic stress syndrome, self-image and gender-identity, substance abuse, and more. We are looking for a compassionate CAADC to oversee the Rochester Hills Center and manage a caseload of their own.

Schedule:  Full Time Weekdays, no weekends or major holidays

Overview: Supervises the Eastwood Behavioral Health Center in Rochester Hills, MI.  

Responsibilities:

Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.Trains, coaches, and evaluates assigned staff on performance expectations. Applies progressive discipline when appropriate. Participates in hiring and termination proceduresCoordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes.Participates in direct delivery of care depending on patient census. Completes patient evaluations and treatments as needed.Directs Oversees, coordinates, and controls the admission, customer service representatives, and case management departments in accordance with the established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; regulatory agencies; and third-party payers.

Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (

CAADC) required.

 

Leadership experience required.3+ years of experience as a behavioral health counselor managing a full caseloadOne or more of the following required:Licensed Master Social Worker credentialed from the Michigan Board of Social Work. Licensed Counselor credentialed from the Michigan Board of Counseling.

Licensed Psychologist credentialed from the Michigan Board of Psychology.
