Start your journey with YesCare today and be part of a team that is transforming lives through care and expertise. **Key Responsibilities** + Log requests for offsite and diagnostic studies. + Maintain mental health clinic logs and ensure that appointments are scheduled according to DOC protocols. + Assist nurses and other staff in issuing and tracking minor medical equipment (e.g. heating pads.) + Collect data from ER logs, segregation logs, etc. for monthly QI reporting. + Coordinate the scheduling of on-site specialty appointments (e.g. X-ray, physical therapy, medical-surgical subspecialties.) + Answer telephone calls, take messages and make telephone calls as needed. + Type correspondence, reports or memorandums, as needed. + Maintains roster or appointment book based on scheduled appointments, both offsite and onsite, as needed + Orders, receives and maintains office supplies + Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. + Other duties as assigned by management. **Key Qualifications** + High school graduate or equivalent. + At least one (1) year experience in a behavioral health care environment. + Experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Effective time management skills. + Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirement. + A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role. **YesCare Benefits (For Full-Time Positions)** + Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance + Life and Disability Insurance + Generous PTO Plan + 401k with Matching Funds + Employee Discount and Rewards Program + Tuition Assistance + Continuing Education Reimbursement **Why Join YesCare?** YesCare provides a supportive and structured environment where you can thrive in a leadership role while delivering meaningful healthcare in a correctional setting.
