Full Time – M-F 8:00am – 4:00pm

Day in the life:
As a valued team member of our Behavioral Health team, you will:
+ Support patients with behavioral, emotional, or substance use concerns
+ Collaborate across disciplines to develop and implement individualized care plans
+ Advocate for patients’ well-being through care coordination and follow-up
What you’ll bring:
+ A Bachelor’s degree (required) or a Master’s degree (preferred)
+ Prior experience in behavioral health or healthcare setting (preferred)
+ Empathy, cultural humility, and strong interpersonal communication
+ Relevant licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCAS) a plus

Qualifications
+ Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in social work, psychology, human services or similar health related field, required.
+ Experience: Minimum of one year experience, preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification:
+ NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
+ Resuscitation Quality Improvement, required.
+ Notary Public, preferred.
+ Additional Skills Required: Good working knowledge of computers. Ability to care for Behavioral Health Age Specific populations.
