This role is ideal for someone who is patient, collaborative, and committed to helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Position Overview The Behavioral Classroom Aide provides direct behavioral support to students, assists teachers with implementing individualized behavior plans, and helps maintain a positive and structured classroom environment. Your work will play a meaningful role in helping students build confidence, develop essential skills, and experience success in the classroom.
