Salary: $812 / Week Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Behavioral Classroom Aide. The Behavioral Classroom Aide provides behavioral support services in the school setting. ?? Job Overview Amergis Healthcare Staffing is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in school settings. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children with special needs succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. ?? Key Responsibilities + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) + Provide direct support to students with autism, ADHD, and other behavioral challenges + Reinforce positive behaviors and help students develop coping strategies + Collect and report behavioral data to supervising clinicians or school staff + Collaborate with teachers, aides, and therapists to support student goals + Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment ??
