This role supports students with significant behavior needs and requires strong SPED experience. ? Position Highlights We’re looking for someone with: + ?? Minimum 3 years of classroom SPED experience + ?? Strong behavior management skills (DCD/ASD focus) + ?? Experience implementing behavior plans & de-escalation strategies + ?? Ability to collaborate with teachers and support staff ??
