Behavior Technician - Fill In/Flexible Pay Rate: $19 – $25/hr Position Summary: The Behavior Technician provides educational and behavioral support to children and adults with special needs. This role involves implementing individualized programs, assisting with skill development, and collaborating with school professionals and behavioral specialists to help students achieve their learning and behavioral goals. Key Responsibilities: + Deliver 1:1 and classroom-based behavioral interventions. + Support students with academic, social, and life skills development. + Assist with personal care, including diapering and toileting (mandatory). + Collect and record data to monitor progress and ensure program fidelity. + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to optimize outcomes. + Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students. Minimum Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent (required). + Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred). + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest X-ray (if applicable). + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Minimum age: 18 years.
