What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be the heartbeat of our mission, working directly with individuals to: + Deliver personalized strategies that foster growth, independence, and confidence + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists to achieve meaningful outcomes + Track progress and offer valuable insights to refine support plans and celebrate successes ?
