Job Responsibilities + Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in classroom and non-classroom environments + Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies as outlined in behavior intervention plans + Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress + Support students in developing communication, social, and coping skills + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavior specialists + Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a student-centered approach ??
