Join our team as a Behavior Technician and help support children and adults in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. You’ll work closely with educators, therapists, and other professionals to create meaningful change in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: + Provide direct behavioral and educational support to individuals with special needs. + Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of behavioral specialists. + Collaborate with school staff, families, and clinical teams to support progress toward learning and behavioral objectives. + Collect and record data on client progress and behavior. + Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients.
