?? Behavior Technician Wanted! ?? Join the team at Harrison Elementary and make a real impact supporting students with high behavioral needs in a specialized ISP classroom. You’ll work 1:1 with a student, collaborate with a strong SPED team, and help create a safe, structured learning environment. What You’ll Do + Support elementary students with significant behavioral needs + Work in a classroom with a 1:1 adult-to-student ratio + Manage behaviors including hitting, kicking, biting, elopement, and task refusal + Provide consistent, reliable support Monday–Thursday (Fridays off!) Job Details + Modality: School-based Behavior Tech + Hours: 25/week (5 per day) + Schedule: Mon–Thurs + Contract: 4 months + Start: 02/23/2026 + Location: Harrison Elementary (Cottage Grove, OR) + Note: Student may transfer to Eugene — reliable transportation to both locations is required.
