The Behavior and Academic Aide works under the direction of a school professional educator and supervisor who holds ultimate responsibility for the outcomes of the instructional program. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The preferred requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.
