Conduct hands-on training for machine operators within the Ground Beef Department based on supervisor requests, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety protocolsRespond to reactive maintenance calls throughout the plant and follow up to ensure timely resolution of equipment issuesPerform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and complete necessary follow-up repairs to maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtimeCarry out daily line assignments by reviewing PM schedules and inspecting assigned lines within the designated departmentSupport additional duties as assigned, including providing maintenance assistance across the entire facility when neededRequired Qualifications
At least one year of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipmentAt least one year of experience using hand tools such as drill press, hand drill, wrenches, threading machines, etcAt least two years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications
Certification in Industrial Electricity I, II, and IIICertification in Motor ControlsExperience troubleshooting with PLC’sWorking knowledge of fluid power, hydraulics, and pneumaticsPrevious experience with Precision MaintenanceBilingual in English/SpanishOne year of experience TIG WeldingBuilding Trades (Drywall repair, spackling, PlumbingAmmonia refrigeration experienceAmmonia certificationsPlease note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement
