Responsible for leading and growing strategic partnerships with key customers within Health & Beauty Channel. This role drives business development, joint business planning, sales growth, and profitability through category management, shopper insights, and execution excellence.
JOB SUMMARY
Lead and manage across H&B accounts with strong accountability and a growth-driven mindset.Define and execute Modern Trade sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Lead Joint Business Plans customers, ensuring alignment on growth drivers and investments, with concrete business plans, promotional activities and tailored channel strategyDrive category penetration, share of basket, and in-store excellence through innovative programs and data-driven insights.Oversee pricing, trade spending efficiency, and compliance with company policies.Lead high-level negotiations on trade terms, funding, and strategic counterparts to maximize ROI.Monitor and optimize customer investments, profitability, and market share performance.Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing Modern Trade sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Partner with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver integrated customer solutions.Representing Modern Trade in leadership forums, influencing decisions that impact channel growth.Qualification
