- Vente : objectifs de vente annuels, mensuels, hebdomadaires

- Soutenir les programmes en place : Optimum, Ventes Ipad, toute promotion en cours.

- Objectifs financiers à atteindre pour le département (Indicateurs spécifiques).  Communiquer ces objectifs au reste de l’équipe

- Activités, Évènements spéciaux dans le département

- Gestion d'une petite équipe (5-6  cosméticiennes) avec le soutien occasionnel du gérant: Embauche, Formation, Horaires, Supervision, Objectifs, Rendement, Feuilles de temps. "Coaching" offert

- Gestion des plaintes des clients du département.  Suivis clients.

- Participation aux réunions de gestion

- Responsable de l’image du département des cosmétiques. 

- Respect des Standards de département (Planogrammes, Marchandisage)

- Gestion d’inventaire (BIMI, SIMI, Comptes cycliques hebdomadaires)
- Retours du département

- Rencontres avec les représentants

Profil recherché

- Expérience en service à la clientèle, en Vente

- Créative

- Bonne gestion du temps
- Capacité à gérer la pression
- Capacité à respecter les échéanciers

- Autonome

- Facilité à communiquer

- Candidat(e) dynamique

- Interet pour les media sociaux : un atout

- Poste temps-plein permanent

- Horaires variables mais stables (Département ouvert tous les jours: 8h-22h)
