Beauty and Salon Territory Manager
Overview Job Description The BEAUTY AND SALON Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, executing operational excellence, and building strong relationships with all store/district partners within a defined geographic territory. This role requires a deep understanding of strategic sales driving tactics in the beauty industry, salon operations, and maintaining profitable Operating Statements. Territory Managers will serve as a brand ambassador, providing coaching, performance management guidance, promotional support, and operational leadership. They will also ensure adherence to brand standards and offer strategic insights to help maximize sales potential at each location Business Performance Key Responsibilities Business & Strategy Execution Analyze business trends to identify growth opportunities. Present performance insights and lead reviews at district, regional, and executive levels. Support peak business events and ensure strategic store visit cadence based on performance. Team Development & Leadership Coach and develop Beauty Team leaders; work with Store Leadership on talent development and retention. Partner with GMs, Recruiters, and District Leaders to manage staffing needs and talent pipelines. Communicate clear goals weekly and inspire teams with a compelling vision. Brand & Operational Execution Ensure consistent execution of beauty and salon strategies, including client experience, selling, merchandising, and operations. Collaborate with store and corporate teams to resolve challenges and implement best practices. Reinforce standards and expectations through consistent coaching and support. Performance Expectations Meet performance targets in sales, service, and productivity. Maintain 80% in-store presence, especially during key business periods (including weekends/holidays). Travel required 50–75% of the time based on territory layout and needs.
