ActionLink is looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dyson Beauty Advisor. Imagine yourself in the chic environment of Sephora creating unforgettable experiences by showcasing Dyson's groundbreaking hair styling tools!

If you have a passion for hair care and a love for Dyson's innovative products, we want you on our team! 

Schedule and Main Locations

12-16 hours per weekend; 6 hour shifts on Saturdays and SundaysSephora stores in Dallas and Grapevine, TXWhat we offer:Pay range: $28-$30 per hour with licensed cosmetologists earning a higher pay rateEarn while you learn: Paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledgeBenefits: W2 employment with biweekly pay, optional 401(k) with company match and paid time offEnjoy the benefits of TapCheck! Tapcheck also provides a suite of financial services to help you manage your money.What you will do:Live Demos: Wow customers with live demonstrations that highlight the transformative power of Dyson productsExpert Advice: Be the go-to guru for all things hair styling, answering questions and providing top-notch adviceTraining: Empower store associates with the knowledge and confidence to share Dyson's product benefitsMerchandising: Ensure Dyson products are always presented in their best lightShare Feedback: Provide your insights and photos after each shift to help us continually improveThe Talent We are Looking For:Personality: Outgoing individuals who love engaging with shoppersExperience: Retail beauty sales, product demonstration, or hair stylingKnowledge: Familiarity with Sephora, Nordstrom and/or Ulta retail environments is advantageous.Teaching: Educate and inspire in both individual and group settingsTransportation: Reliable vehicle for travel to assigned locationsTech Savvy: Access to a smart device to complete reportingPhysical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
