We are seeking a highly passionate individual to join our store/counter as a B** **eauty Advisor, offering luxury personalised services to our customers, elevating customer experience and building inspiring brand connections and loyalty.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + **Provide excellent customer experience by offering consultations to customers and personalised recommendations on product range selection based on customer needs.** + **Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products, increasing basket size and IPT, and converting opportunities to sales.** + **Educate customers on product features, ingredients, usage and benefits, new launches and best sellers.** + **Help customers build connection with the brand and products.** + **Use storytelling, offer demonstrations and conduct product testing, including fragrance layering.** + **Make up applications and tutorials apply to 2-axis brands.** + **Aim for long-term engagement with customers by maintaining good after-sales relationships** + **Handle customer rejections and queries effectively.** + **Keep up to date with market trends.** + **Work together as a team to achieve team goals and assist with inventory management as needed.** + **Maintain store/counter in optimal condition by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines that best represent the brand, ensuring cleanliness, organising products and testers properly, and replenishing stocks as needed.** **REQUIREMENTS** + **Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in luxury retail. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred** + **Knowledge in fragrance would be an added advantage** + **Excellent communication, customer engagement and presentation skills** + **Able to work during weekends and public holidays** + **Pleasant personality, team player, positive attitude** + **Detail oriented** + **Keen in developing skills and knowledge** Country/Region: MY City: Kuala Lumpur
