We are looking for a highly experienced Data Migration Expert to join our transformation team, with a specific focus on Sales and Commercial data. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful migration of critical business data from legacy systems into modern ERP platforms, supporting the full data lifecycle from cleansing to validation.

Key Responsibilities Ensure timely completion of Sales data cleansing tasks. Collect and manage data for manual/construction objects. Collaborate with IT teams to prepare value mappings for migration. Create and maintain master data lists for assigned objects. Provide business insights to technical teams for data extraction and conversion. Ensure Sales data readiness and verify quality throughout the migration journey. Validate that data is fit for purpose, aligned with internal and external stakeholders. Perform manual data loads into target systems where applicable. Execute and approve data verification scripts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Skills & Experience Deep understanding of Commercial/Sales business processes (Order to Cash, Pricing, Contracts). Hands-on experience with ERP systems in the Order to Cash domain. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Minimum 5+ years in both country-level and global roles. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to meetings, progress tracking, and issue resolution. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation. Experience in ERP project implementations and data migration is highly desirable.
