We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for our Biopharma – PLSD Division. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, proven experience in biopharma business development, and the ability to drive sustained growth. This role requires expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and understanding biopharma market dynamics to deliver effective, value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the biopharma and life-sciences sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal PLSD teams to deliver suitable solutions
• Develop compelling sales strategies, proposals, and presentations to convert leads into business
• Meet revenue targets and support organizational growth objectives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in biopharma
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM documentation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field
• 5–10 years of proven experience in biopharma business development
• Strong understanding of PLSD services and biopharma market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet sales targets
• Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi; willingness to travel as required
