Service BDC Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound service callsContact customers regarding open recalls, service reminders, no-shows, and cancellationsRespond to service-related internet leads, emails, and missed callsRoute calls to the appropriate service advisor or departmentReview dashboards for our AI platform and assist with follow-up activityCheck vehicles in and out to customersVerify insurance and driver’s licensesReview and explain loaner vehicle guidelines (fuel, tolls, etc.)Remove and return loaner vehicles to the fleet following Audi Loaner PolicyReview service schedules, including cash and extended warranty servicesCommunicate with service advisors and update notes related to payment status

What We’re Looking For

✔ Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Previous customer service, call center, or automotive service experience preferred
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
✔ Comfortable with computers, CRMs, and multitasking
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
