Suburban Ford of Romeo is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented BDC Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will support the dealership’s Business Development Center by managing incoming and outgoing customer communications. Responsibilities:
Develop, process, manage, and track customer inquiries.
Accurately gather and maintain customer data to build a database for long-term follow-up and retention
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information, pricing, dealership events, and manufacturer promotions
Use phone and computer skills to support the Internet Department’s efforts to increase appointments, sales, and customer loyalty
Schedule appointments from a variety of lead sources including call-ins, walk-ins, previous customers, service and parts customers, referrals, and online leads
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities effectively
Efficient typing skills
Proficient with basic computer and phone operations
