What You'll Do
Scope:
Support BCG X People strategic programs and objectives including development of content for key leadership forums in BCG and BCG X such as X OC, BCG PLT etc. Lead special projects outside the scope of ordinary business operations to support business, people and strategic objectivesPrepare and deliver presentations and content that provide insights and influence key business decisionsWork with leaders of People Functions to identify critical dependencies to ensure cross functional priorities become embedded across all elements of the X People teamWork with Global People Chair, Global People XD and Global People Functions SD to develop distinct view on BCG X talent strategy and critical priority initiativesImapct:
Engages senior stakeholders across X functions and BCG independently to ensure alignment, transparency and access to the right information to provide reporting and analysis to LTIndependently leads cross functional teams to drive change and meet business priorities / KPI's, knows who to leverage and where the right information can be accessedMust demonstrate significant maturity in dealing with stakeholdersOrchestrate complex agendas, align senior leadership, prioritizing activities and working with others to get things doneManage and execute projects efficiently; provide hands-on support to multiple activities, often requiring strong consulting skills (slide writing, effective communication, general modeling and analytics, etc.)Collaborate and communicate with various teams and individuals, with different level of seniority in different geographies and with different backgrounds. Top tier consulting experience (minimum 3 years)10+ years of professional experience, of which 2-3 years being in a similar roleAdvanced analytics capabilities (Excel, Tableau etc)People strategy and communications planning expertise Experience in PMO and project management implementing change within a matrixed and complex organization preferably professional services industryProven advanced PowerPoint and Excel skillsBachelors' degree required, Master degree preferableWho You'll Work With
