What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as [APAC] Recruiting Manager located in Singapore.
As Recruiting Manager in the BCG X [APAC] Recruiting Team, you will own talent acquisition activities for various capabilities within BCG X APAC, primarily for Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand. This full lifecycle recruiting role will support a diverse range of mid- senior level positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, vendor management, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding in Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand and across APAC. Working in close partnership with the local and regional teams, the role will also have wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness and recruitment best practice across the region.
Key responsibilities include :
Owning & driving recruiting initiatives to hire the best talent for BCG X. You will be responsible for leading the execution of regional talent acquisition strategy.In addition to strong experience of the analytics talent market, have an understanding of cultural nuances specific to the region to be able to effectively manage local & regional candidates & stakeholdersManaging full lifecycle of vacancies across a diverse range of skills and capabilities within the analytics businessManaging key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, function knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements and desired candidate profilesLeading and mentoring a team of Recruiters to effectively deliver on all hiring requirements for these businesses, working collaboratively with regional BCG X and BCG HR teamLeveraging internal talent sources to drive mobility, employee referrals and alumni engagement in the regionIdentifying high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, vendors, networking & other innovative sourcing techniquesConducting initial assessments for all suitable candidates, providing a competency-based assessment and candidate recommendationBuilding talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hireManaging recruitment campaigns for any volume hiring needs or brand building eventsUtilizing the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process managementArticulation of the global talent brand and candidate value proposition to the region and subsequent promotion to the appropriate talent markets in each countryLeading regional projects as well as implementing themReviewing key metrics and performance measures for the region, and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possibleEnsuring global best practices are embedded in the region to drive operational effectiveness through process improvements and the ongoing coaching and mentoring of hiring managers and the regional HR teamSupporting hiring manager coaching and behavioral based interview training, as required, to enhance the quality of hiring decisions
What You'll Bring
Bachelors or Masters Degree with high academic achievement requiredMinimum 8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in analytics capabilities such as software engineering, predictive analytics, data engineering, risk analytics, rapid prototyping, etc.Understanding of market talent pool, sourcing channels, hiring trends, cultural norms, compensation benchmarksMinimum 2 years of team management experience with ability to coach & guide team membersKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Eightfold, iCIMs, etc.)Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms for successful hiresAbility to articulate and understand the specific role requirementsProactive candidate sourcing skills through all available internal and external channelsAbility to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and deliveryProven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skillsAbility to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organizationBest practice process management and driving operational effectivenessExperience building internal network with senior leaders and advising senior stakeholders as subject matter expertExcellent EnglishWho You'll Work With
