The Business Services Team (BST) consists of various functional professionals, including our business management and operations team members, who work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. Members of this team contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including executive and administrative assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.



What You'll Do

As a BCG Platinion Africa Recruiting (Senior) Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting activities for BCG Platinion in Africa. You will play an important role in identifying, attracting and engaging top talent, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey. In collaboration with Platinion Africa leadership you will operationalize sourcing, screening, relationship building, and offer management, delivering hiring processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain high quality standards, providing positive experience for candidates and key stakeholders at every stage of the recruitment process.

 

Your tasks will include:

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing through the offer stage, while ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.Elaborate sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including direct outreach, referrals, career website and events; coordinating with external agencies as needed.Partnering with hiring managers and consulting teams to understand role requirements and candidate profiles, establishing yourself as a trusted partner and point of contact.Coordinating a smooth interview and onboarding process for candidates, acting as a local contact for guidance and queries.Maintaining accurate recruiting data and reports, providing visibility to stakeholders and supporting informed decision-making.Contributing to employer branding initiatives, promoting BCG Platinion in the talent market; leading campus management activities by organizing events to promote Platinion among students.Driving projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes, demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new tools and trends.

What You'll Bring

3-5 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with exposure to digital and consulting profiles.Knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle and a strong interest in learning best practices in talent acquisition.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Resilience and perseverance when recruiting complex, niche profiles, with the curiosity and determination to search, investigate, and dedicate time to thorough pre-selection. Skilled at assessing not only consulting and technical capabilities but also cultural fit and alignment with BCG Platinion’s expectations.Fluency in English and French.
