Modality – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-ES) The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES (BCBA-ES) provides consultation, training, and behavioral expertise within the school setting. This role focuses on supporting individuals with academic and behavioral deficits through evidence-based behavioral assessment and intervention. The BCBA-ES functions as a clinical teacher, responsible for educating, observing, assessing, and supervising educational activities and behavioral service delivery to ensure effective and ethical implementation of behavior analytic programs. Key Responsibilities + Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional behavior assessments + Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Provide consultation and training to school staff and team members + Observe and assess behavioral service delivery in educational settings + Support students with academic and behavioral needs using evidence-based practices + Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and educational standards Minimum Requirements + Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or a related field + Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in school settings + Minimum of one (1) year pediatric experience preferred + Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice Additional Requirements Local Pay Rate: $85/HR + Current CPR certification, if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable + Current Health Certificate, per contract or state regulations + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
