Job Description
Join a dedicated team of inspectors responsible for conducting thorough building condition assessments in Manhattan! This role involves 100% fieldwork, where you will document findings using an iPad. You will receive three weeks of comprehensive training before embarking on site surveys.
ResponsibilitiesConduct building condition assessment inspections, focusing on HVAC equipment.Perform site surveys with a team of four inspectors.Document inspection findings accurately using an iPad.Ensure inspections are conducted during non-peak hours.Essential SkillsProficiency in mechanical inspections.Experience in building condition assessments.Expertise in surveying techniques.Additional Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience within NYCHA and BCAS.Knowledge in architectural inspections.Work Environment
Inspectors will be working from September through Memorial Day Weekend, focused on BCAS projects in schools
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
