\n\nDay to day fleet management \nDaily scheduling and coordinating routes/ deliveries \nManaging internal and external stakeholder relationships\nLead and monitor fleet performance focusing on systems, procedures and processes for continuous improvement\nManagement of COR  with emphasis on Load Restraint & Fatigue Management\nYou have the following qualities & qualifications:\nRecent freight fleet allocations experience\nStrong experience in transport logistics and road fleet management\nExtensive knowledge of the Melbourne metropolitan area\nStrong COR exposure\nAbility to work under stringent time frames and fast paced work environment\nStrong MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint\nHighly developed written and verbal communication skills\n
