What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations of the batch plant to ensure efficient and safe production.Directly supervise employees.Ensure plant employees adhere to high performance and safety standards.Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly.Monitor inventory levels and report monthly.Operate Loader as required.

Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven ability to manage and optimize plant operations.Competency in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.Commitment to safety and quality standards.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in an office environment however there will be times when the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
