What You'll Be Doing

Operate batching equipment to produce ready mix concrete according to specificationsMonitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate deliveriesPerform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipmentEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and plant personnel

Demonstrated ability to operate industrial equipment safely and efficientlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality controlEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve operational issuesComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
