What You'll Be Doing

Operate batching equipment to produce concrete according to specificationsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveriesPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issuesEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and plant personnel

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain industrial equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety practicesEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyFamiliarity with computerized batching systems and basic mechanical aptitude

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
