***Weekly Pay****

Shift/Pay:

M-F 6AM to 2:30PMM-F 2PM to 10:30PMM-F 10PM to 6:30AMPay: $23/hr

Responsibilities

Follow batch instruction sheets accurately.Dispense and weigh dry ingredients.Record ingredient weights and lot numbers.Lift and handle ingredient bags up to 50 lbs.Manually open pails and jugs ranging from 1 to 5 gallons.Use computer skills to request bulk ingredients through HMI.Operate CIP system and transfer cleaning chemicals.Conduct taste tests on completed batches.

Essential Skills

Experience in batch making and food manufacturing.Knowledge of raw materials and documentation.GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience.Proficiency in production and machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment.Good knowledge of health and safety, hygiene rules, and regulations.Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under minimal supervision.Experience in performing quality checks.
