Job Summary

We are seeking positive, experienced individuals to join our team! A Baskin Captain will consistently deliver on seeking sales opportunities, positive guest experiences and driving operational success. The captain will partner with the manager and other leaders to keep the work environment safe and compliant with relevant laws and regulations in compliance with Baskin standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Closing between 9 -10 pm (or later in some restaurant locations)Support the manager in daily operationsExtremely dependable and punctualStrong decision-making skillsFocus on 100% Guest SatisfactionEnsure team adheres to all company and brand policies, procedures and standardsAssist manager in training a dedicated team; provide feedback to management and crewDeploy team members appropriately throughout the shift, communicate crew responsibilitiesProvide supervision and perform as a member of the crew in food production, cash handling, guest service, store cleanliness and organizationComplete performance checks of other employeesOversee completion of Baskin’s daily tasksProperly log waste of expired cakes, ice cream, and corresponding paper productParticipation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment, small appliances and machines
