What you’ll do

As a Base Strategy Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping Vodafone’s marketing strategy for individual customers.

You’ll design and implement personalized offers that drive performance and customer loyalty, while continuously analyzing customer behavior to refine targeting and retention efforts.Your role will span campaign planning, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration—ensuring that every initiative contributes to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term value.
